General Meetings

VSAG members have a general meeting at 8:00 pm on the third (3rd) Thursday of every month at Bells Hotel, corner of Moray and Coventry Streets, South Melbourne (Melway 1D L12, Google Maps). A lot of members get to Bells Hotel about 7:00 pm and eat dinner together in the bistro. We are normally in the bistro, or at the bar, till just before 8:00 pm.

The meetings are normally held in the Ground Floor function room, but sometimes may be held in a First Floor function room. If in doubt, ask at the bar.

At the meetings, we plan future dive and social events (some which may be additional to the dive calendar) and hear reports on recent dive events and individual member's dives. The formal part of the meetings normally lasts no more than about 30 minutes.

We typically have presentations by members or guest speakers after the formal part of the meeting ends. These often include film and photo presentations. All in all, we have a lot of fun.

Prospective members are most welcome to come along to a meeting. Join us for the dinner beforehand, or just the meeting itself. It's a great way to meet VSAG members and see what we are all about. You can meet new dive buddys, sign on for a club dive, organise a dive, make new friends, hear exciting stories, and more! We look forward to meeting you at the next VSAG general meeting.

The Victorian Sub-Aqua Group Committee meets at 8:00 pm on the second (2nd) Thursday of every month, except January, at:
