Go to the vicroads website and the answer is YES to both questions. If a boat is capable of propulsion it has to be registered and seaworthy, and the driver of any motor boat requires a licence.

It all boils down to persomal choice. I'm still using one steel 72 and one Aluminium 50cu ft "baby". If I was about to buy new tanks I would go for the new 95 steels. they are manageable wei ... |
