I note with interest that Valentine's Day has been given a mention on our VSAG Calendar.

Given that Lloyd has gone to so much trouble to include it, maybe all VSAG members should make an effort to remember their long-suffering (non-diving) partners and do something special for them on the day (14 February).

Just thought I'd mention this because I know that you're a particularly unromantic lot.

Enjoy the day.

G'day Josie,

My aren't we a tough judge. I'm not happy that we're all being tarred with the same brush here. Laughing

It would be a great night for Benita and I to do a shore dive together, followed up by dinner at a restaurant afterwards. But unfortunately, Benita isn't allowed to go diving right now. So I'll have to come with some other idea. Very Happy

Best Regards, Lloyd "Romantic" Borrett. hug

I know it's probably a bit rough that I've have tarred you all etc however, I've known these VSAG guys for nearly a decade now (9 years actually) and I'll stand by my estimation of them as the most unromatic pack of blokes I've ever known.

I hope you and Benita are able to go diving soon. I assume Benita is your wife/partner. If you're interested in a shore dive at Flinders Pier any time, please let me know. I work weekends but finish at 2:00 (at Rye) so we could still find time for a dive. We'll just need a little notice because our dive gear is still in Melbourne. We haven't dived for many many months so it would be good to get wet. Having somebody ring and say "let's go diving" would make us get organised and move the dive gear to the beach house.

Let me know - and by the way, I hope you both enjoy something very romantic on St Valentines Day. John will of course, completely forget about it. Rolling Eyes

Cheers

Josie
