Saturday 20th Jan - Magic reef.
What a stroke of genius. The weather today (Sunday) is abominable and yesterday we dived in 70ft viz, blue still water on magnificent reef off Queenscliff. The comment from one of the boats was "If I never dive again after that dive, I'll die happy..."The fish life was super abundant with endless ledges and massive overhangs. No wonder one boat skipper calls this 'Knawsome Reef whilst the other one simply calls it "Magic".
Lunch and a splash at Popes Eye made this a day for the memory bank for all the right reasons. [b]
