Friday the 26th Jan - Australia Day. The Barwon Heads weekend may well have been cancelled but 5 of us went out to the Rotomahana and had a sensational days diving.
The water outside the Heads was a deep blue, although viz was down to 30 ft (10m) on the wreck. Had a resident seal buzz us at 38m and we spent a disgustingly comfortable 20 mins on the wreck exploring the remains. Swam thru the boilers and then for afters we had a dive on the Magic reef area off Queenscliff.
Grrrreat day out.
