Information Update Forum VARS invites all interested parties to attend an Information Update Forum. Date: Monday 8th September 2008 Time: 8:00 p.m. Venue: Bells Hotel, 157 Moray St, South Melbourne Members of the VARS Committee will be on hand to provide you with an update on progress towards sinking of the ex-HMAS Canberra. We will also have representatives from the Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) and from the Birdon Group (responsible for ship preparation and scuttling).
