VSAG members at the February general meeting responded very well to the opportunity to hear Peter Fear (aka "The Scuba Doctor") give a brilliant presentation on his dive experiences to Bikini Atoll.

By way of background, Peter ran the very successful dive charter business, Dive Victoria, from Portsea for around 11 years, plus other dive shops before that... this man has a lot diving experience!

Peter has an assuring style of presentation and fielded questions with confidence based on the vast knowledge he has obviously gained from lots of research.

Peter complimented his presentation with the viewing of a stunning DVD which was... well... awesome... to say the least.

Peter's presention was justifiably lengthy resulting in the normal general meeting moving on quickly to conclude around 10.15pm.

Note: For those who couldn't make the February meeting, you can still read online articles by Peter Fear on diving on the USS Saratoga aircraft carrier, or on diving at Bikini Atoll.

The VSAG Committee can be proud of the calibre of guest speakers it is able to attract and invite, which is indicative of the respect the club has in the eyes of the Victorian Scuba Diving world at large.

To have guest speakers of the calibre the club attracts, almost on a monthly basis, is surely the basis for VSAG members to be proud to belong to this highly regarded, professional, private dive club.

The guest speaker for our March meeting will be one of the most anticipated... watch out for more details... next months guest speaker is an inspirational mind blower!!

If you thought you have seen it all when it comes to Scuba Diving... well... you haven't... believe me. I know this guy well... I have seen him in dive action!!!!
